The Digital Leap Accelerator is a cohort-based training program designed for youth and elders within the aging population. It delivers small-group, hands-on digital literacy workshops that build essential skills like email use, online safety, resume creation, and job search techniques — all within culturally relevant, community-trusted spaces.
By partnering with neighborhood councils, local rec centers, and trusted community organizations, the Digital Leap Accelerator ensures participants feel supported, respected, and empowered to navigate the digital world. Our approach is rooted in lived experience and addresses the unique challenges that Black communities face in bridging the digital divide. Graduates leave with confidence and the tools they need to thrive in education, employment, and community engagement.
